• Abstract: Permanent variance is granted to Zurn Industries, Inc. from the boatswain's chair requirements in 1926.451(1)(5), (now moot), and the personnel hoist requirements in 1926.552(c)(1), (c)(2), (c)(3), (c)(4), (c)(8), (c)(13), (c)(14)(i) and (c)(16). The effective date of the variance is June 12, 1987 and it shall remain in effect unless modified or revoked.
