• Abstract: Approval of Washington (WA) State standards, Region X, pertaining to Coke Oven Emissions (1910.1029). The State standards amendment adopts the Federal deletions and renumbers two subsections using the State's codification system. The State standard is at least as effective as the comparable Federal standard. The effective date of this decision is February 20, 1987.
