• Abstract: Notice of approval of Washington (WA) State standards, Region X, pertaining to Hazardous Materials; Attendant Exemption and Latch-Open Devices (1910.106(g)(2) and (g)(3)(vi)). The State standard is at least as effective as the comparable Federal standard. This decision is effective January 6, 1987.
