Dear [Redacted] and [Redacted]:
By letter dated August 14, 2002, [Redacted] sought administrative review of a decision by then United States Trustee for Region [Redacted], to suspend [Redacted] from active case rotation in the [Redacted] District of [Redacted] until all issues raised in the Report of the United States Trustee Field Examination, July 1, 2002, were satisfactorily resolved. I have received a copy of a letter from [Redacted] to [Redacted], Assistant United States Trustee, dated September 30, 2002, stating that [Redacted] is resigning as a panel trustee effective October 1, 2002, and that [Redacted] agrees to withdraw [Redacted] appeal.
In light of this development, I conclude this review is moot.
