Background
This effort goes beyond Interior. Recreation.gov is an e-gov project re-using and simplifying recreation architecture across all government agencies.
The Recreation One-Stop initiative is developing an EA for the recreation line of business, based on federal EA guidance. The documents will be used to modify existing federal and non-federal systems so they can share data with other systems related to recreation. The latest versions of the EA documents are in the DOI Enterprise Architecture Repository (DEAR). We invite you to use the documents to revise existing systems that hold recreation data. Over time, this will get rid of redundant effort and provide our customers with data that's consistent across many systems. You can read the files from DEAR with a web browser in PDF format, or use System Architect or ERWin to download the files in native format.
NOTE: These documents may change at any time. If you have trouble opening PDF files, you may need to download the latest version of Acrobat Reader .
