To complete, use, and produce results from an EA program, the following must be established. In this, it is directed to describe the system inventory using the FEA Reference Models.In 2006, DEAR became the authoritative source for tracking the list of C&A Boundaries and relationships to the system inventory as well as improving the IITD attribute tracking in DEAR. Process and Guidance DEAR and MBT guidance was released in 2004. DEAR Guidance is updated annually along with DEAR policy.
