V. OMB Approval Under the Paperwork Reduction Act This section contains a collection of information pertaining to the preparation of a written safety and health plan site characterization and analysis, site control, training, medical surveillance, emergency controls, work practices, PPE, monitoring, informational programs, handling drums and containers, decontamination, emergency response planning, and emergency response drills. OMB has reviewed these collections and has approved them under approval number 1218-0139.
