(Fatality data exclude New York City.) During 1992-2001 in the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industry, non-Hispanic workers accounted for a higher rate of fatal occupational injuries than Hispanic workers (20.2 compared with 15.8 fatal injuries per 100,000 employed workers).
