Our Work

• Manage HUD's Integrated Financial Management Improvement Project (HIFMIP) to integrate and modernize HUD's financial management systems
• Operate, maintain and develop OCFO financial systems, which include accounting, budget formulation, workload allocation, contracts and grant payments, and others
• Provide quality assurance for financial systems
• Maintain and enhance financial data mart to make financial data readily available
• Assess and certify system security and control user access
