Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to Address the American Bar Association

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will address the American Bar Association’s International Rule of Law Symposium during the 1:00 p.m. luncheon on Wednesday, November 9, 2005, in the Congressional Room of The Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC.

The International Rule of Law Symposium focuses on terrorism, pandemics, and poverty. More than 400 judges, lawyers, government officials, academics, and community organizers from every region of the world are gathering for this event aimed at strengthening and coordinating efforts toward building rule of law worldwide.

Members of the press who wish to attend this event should submit their registration form by 5 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2005.
