The Office of Performance Review (OPR) Performance Review Tutorial is an interactive, Web-based primer on OPR’s performance review framework and process. The tutorial is targeted at many audiences, including consultants that OPR uses to complement the Federal Performance Review Teams, grantee organizations, and Federal staff.

Which Version Should You Choose?

ENHANCED Version: This version is designed for users with a high-speed Internet connection (i.e., cable, DSL, ISDN). It is an interactive presentation which includes voiceover narration and requires the Flash plug-in. You will be prompted to install the plug-in if you do not have it. Go to the Adobe Flash Player Download Center (not a U.S. Government Web site) to get the plug-in.
TEXT Version: This version is designed for users with a dial-up modem. It is recommended for people using assistive technology. This version also is recommended for users who do not have sound capabilities or wish to view the tutorial without sound.
