The 2007 Presidential Scholars came from across the country to Washington, D.C., for a series of events in their honor June 23 - 27. These students were selected as Presidential Scholars based on their academic success, artistic excellence, essays, school evaluations and transcripts, community service, leadership, and demonstrated commitment to high ideals. They are some of our nation's most distinguished graduating high school seniors.

On Sunday, the Presidential Scholars convened in the Andrew Mellon Auditorium for the Teacher Recognition dinner, where they honored teachers who inspired them. GO > |
