Release Iranian Labor Activists

We are increasingly concerned about the health and welfare of labor leaders Mansour Osanloo and Mahmoud Salehi, recently arrested by the Iranian authorities. Osanloo and Salehi are vocal champions of workers rights in Iran that have campaigned to build strong trade unions capable of defending the human rights of Iranian workers. We urge the Iranian regime to provide them with the treatment and care they need. We welcome reports that Osanloo was permitted to leave prison for treatment by eye specialists and urge similar medical assistance for Salehi.

Osanloo and Salehi should have a free and fair trial or be released and allowed to return home to their families.
