February 26, 2008

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

HENRY FRANCISCO VALERIO-SOSA, age 35, a resident of Honduras, was sentenced by U. S. District Judge Martin Feldman to six (6) months imprisonment with credit for time served for illegal re-entry into the United States after previously being deported, announced U. S Attorney Jim Letten.

On November 19, 2007, HENRY FRANCISCO VALERIO-SOSA entered a guilty plea before Judge Engelhardt admitting that on July 15, 2007, he illegally re-entered the United States without the permission of the United States Attorney General or the Department of Homeland Security.
