    The notice of appeal (see Sec. 702.391) shall be filed with the 
district director within 30 days of the filing of the decision or order 
complained of, as defined and described in Secs. 802.205 and 802.206 of 
this title. A petition for review of the decision or order is required 
to be filed within 30 days after receipt of the Board's acknowledgment 
of the notice of appeal, as provided in Sec. 802.210 of this title.
