  • Mediation contains information about the Mediation process, how to apply for mediation, contact information and the Weekly Activity Report.

  • Representation contains full-text copies of NMB Determinations 1998-present, how to apply for Representation, the National Mediation Board Representation Manual and NMB Rules.

  • Arbitration contains information about recent case activity, how to apply to NMB's roster of arbitrators, contact information and a list of frequently asked questions.
