End-User Training

All DOI employees who are involved in any part of financial and business management processes (i.e. AP, AR) will participate in training.  Process-based training will allow end users to see an entire process from end to end and how all of the components fit together.  As a result, end users will understand how their individual tasks fit into the overall process workflow.

Training will be a combination of Instructor Led and Computer Based.  It will be scheduled prior to Go Live (during the Final Prep phase)  Bureau Leads will notify employees about when their training will occur.  The DOI Learning Management System (LMS), DOI Learn, will be used to track attendance and course completion.
