Description Of Services
BURLINGTON: This organization provides an intensive five-week summer program, combining classroom activities with paid work experiences with local employers. This program includes pre-employment skills training, team-building, worksite tours, and enhancements/presentations on certain critical issues. This program relies heavily on intense on-site training for interns and establishing a good work ethic. The three-phase approach includes ongoing support, mentoring, and skill-building.
