"Today's news absolutely, is good news. This is the ninth straight month of job creation with over 1.4 million jobs created since August. And the job market continues to gain across the board, so we are seeing wide-spread job gains in all sectors. In particular, we are seeing gains in construction, advanced manufacturing, in health care and in professional businesses. And these are sectors that pay above average wages. Manufacturing has seen tremendous increases in new job growth in the last two months, reversing a 42-month trend. So the increases in our average hourly earnings for example, have been very positive, so we are getting actually good paying jobs with this new job creation wave as well."
