DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Robin W. Adams, Paralegal Specialist:  Responsible for preparation and drafting of pleadings,  assisting with trustee supervision, review of cases for potential abuse in the Beaumont, Lufkin and Marshall Divisions, and assisting the Information Technology Specialist in troubleshooting computer problems.    Email


Sheila Augusta, Paralegal Specialist:  Responsible for coordinating the Eastern District's Civil Enforcements, including 707(b) substantial abuse matters Sherman and Texarkana Divisions. Also provides all aspects of litigation support to the legal staff.  Email


Samuel M. Baker, Bankruptcy Analyst:  Responsible for review of all Chapter 11 cases administrative requirements, including review of monthly operating reports, collection of quarterly fees and conducting debtor interviews and Civil Enforcements effortsEmail


Deborah Belier, Secretary: Serves as secretary to the Assistant U.S. Trustee, and is responsible for travel, procurement, mail processing and reception. Email


Bruce G. Campbell, Bankruptcy Analyst: Responsible for review of all Chapter 7 trustee final reports,  monitoring the progress of Chapter 7 cases and assisting with the office's Civil Enforcement effortsEmail


Karen L. Moravits, Office Automation Assistant: Responsible for initial review of Chapter 7 cases for abuse, trustee oversight, including review of trustee annual reports. Also responsible for data quality control and data exchange with the bankruptcy courtEmail
