Saluting Women's History Month: Merry Miller

Karbala, Iraq: Merry Miller is a retired trial lawyer from Texas who joined the Foreign Service out of a desire to serve her country. She is currently serving as the Coalition Provisional Authority Political Advisor in Karbala, Iraq, where she works with the new provincial council on governance issues and the new Women’s Rights Center in Karbala.
