Chief Hospital Corpsman of a Marine Expeditionary Unit holds a two-hour-old newborn in Nasiriyah, Iraq, April 3, 2003. Shortly after sunrise, the family approached Marines to seek assistance, and a military ambulance was sent to pick up the expecting mother.
