QUESTION: Secretary Powell --

SECRETARY POWELL: Hi, guys, how are we doing?

QUESTION: How was it?

SECRETARY POWELL: We had an excellent meeting. As you know, I supervised his elections several years ago, so we've been very close for many years. A good meeting.

QUESTION: Was there any further talk about the President's -- any discussion of the President's plans to go to Africa with --

SECRETARY POWELL: No, you heard last night. It will be early in the year, I think. And --

QUESTION: And one more thing. The President is on his way to Libya right now, after leaving here. Have you told him anything about something to tell the --

SECRETARY POWELL: Well, we were talking about regional issues, but we didn't talk about either Pan Am 103 or Qadhafi.
