Presidential Delegation to Attend Inauguration of His Excellency Joseph Kabila, DROC

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Kinshasa, DRC to attend the inauguration of His Excellency Joseph Kabila, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo on December 6, 2006.

The Honorable Elaine Chao, Secretary of Labor, will lead the delegation.
