Subject: New tool helps employers and workers calculate overtime pay

The Department of Labor (DOL) is pleased to announce a new elaws Advisor now available at www.dol.gov/elaws.  The new Advisor - the FLSA Overtime Calculator - help employers and workers understand and calculate overtime pay. The Employment and Standard Administration’s news release on the Advisor can be found at:  www.dol.gov/opa/media/press/esa/ESA20070681.htm.

Also available on the Compliance Assistance Web site is a new fact sheet and new drop-in article on the FLSA Overtime Calculator.
