CLEVELAND: Hard Hatted Women, Inc.’s Pre-Apprenticeship Training (PAT) and Career Development Program works closely with the One Stop Career Center to introduce and recruit women into careers in construction and other nontraditional career fields. PAT provides women with life skills, social services, and technical training to prepare them for successful careers in the construction and skilled trades fields.
