WEST MEMPHIS: The Crittenden County Workforce Alliance will provide life and job skill training for ex-offenders re-entering their communities, who are often prone to high rates of recidivism and unemployment when social support systems are not in place. The goal of the “Ex-Offender Workforce Development Program” is to assist clients develop a range of skills that will ensure long-term employability and in finding job placements.
