How to Make a FOIA Request With OSBP

FOIA requests filed with the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) must be in writing, either handwritten or typed. No special form is required. While requests may be submitted by fax, OSBP does not accept FOIA requests submitted by e-mail. In making your request, you should be as specific as possible with regard to names, dates, places, events, subjects, etc.
