- Bureau of Information Resource Management,
- Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations,
- Director of Diplomatic Reception Rooms,
- Foreign Service Institute,
- Office of Management Policy, Rightsizing, and Innovation
- Office of Medical Services, and
- Office of White House Liaison.
The Under Secretary also provides regular direction to the Bureau of Resource Management and the Chief Financial Officer serves as a core member of the Under Secretary's senior management team.
The Under Secretary for Management is the State Department's representative on the President's Management Council, and is the Department official responsible for implementing the President's Management Agenda (PMA). The PMA is a set of management initiatives designed to make government more citizen-centered, effective, and efficient. There are five government-wide PMA initiatives: Human Capital (lead: Bureau of Human Resources); E-Government (Bureau of Information Resource Management); Competitive Sourcing (Bureau of Administration); Financial Management, and Budget and Performance Integration (Bureau of Resource Management). The Department is also working with the White House Office of Management and Budget on the PMA initiative focused on "rightsizing" the U.S. Government's overseas presence. | | Highlights | Passport Data Security
