10/01/2008 - On Thursday, October 16, 2008 and Friday, October 17, 2008, the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit will hear argument at 10 a.m. at the United States Courthouse, 68 Court Street, Part I, Buffalo, NY. These sessions will be in addition to the Court's regularly scheduled 10 a.m. sittings on October 16 and 17, 2008 in the 9th Floor Ceremonial Courtroom of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse in New York City. To find a calendar of the cases to be heard in each respective courthouse on these days, please click on the Calendar Tab to the left.

08/04/2008 - Notice to the Bar - Please be advised that pursuant to the Chief Judge, the following days will be observed as holidays by the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit: Friday, November 28, 2008, Friday, December 26, 2008, and Friday, January 2, 2009.
The court will be closed on each of these days.
