TO: All Government Contracting Agencies of the Federal Government
and the District of Columbia, all International Unions,
Contractors, Contractor Associations and Other Interested
Parties
This is to notify those parties which, pursuant to Regulations,
Title 29, Subtitle A, Part 1, CFR, Section 1.3(a), supply wage 
payment data to be used in compiling Davis-Bacon wage rate
determinations that they are not to use the out-of-date WD-10
submission forms that do not include provision for the pay period
ending date. There is attached a sample copy of the current WD-10,
Contractor Report of Construction Wage Rates. Upon request an
additional supply of these forms may be obtained from the Depart-
ment of Labor at the address below or from Regional Office of the
Wage and Hour Division. Any agency or organization choosing to
use its own version of this form should insure that the pay period
ending date is included.
