Account Management

The resources below will provide the information you need to manage your IN.gov subscriber account.

Why Subscribe?

Frequent IN.gov business users may want a subscription to save time and money. An annual IN.gov subscription includes the following benefits:

  • Access to all subscriber services, some of which may only be accessed with an IN.gov subscription
  • Individual passwords for up to 10 people in your organization
  • Managerial username for access to all online itemized billing summaries for the account (one of the ten usernames can be assigned managerial status)
  • Toll-free technical support hotline staffed by our knowledgeable customer service representatives and technicians
  • Detailed monthly billing summaries and BMV search histories
  • Your choice of automatic credit or debit card payment, direct debit (automatic bank draft), or monthly billing statement

Subscription Discounts
Some government users qualify for discounted subscriptions or waived fees on certain services.

How do I sign up?

If you are interested in obtaining an IN.gov subscription, you may:

  1. Complete an IN.gov monthly account agreement*

    1. Submit and pay.
      • Mail it in with your payment.

    Once the signed agreement is received, your account will be setup within 24-48 hours.
