There are a wide variety of possible solutions that can be implemented to reduce or
eliminate the ergonomic risk associated with jobs or work tasks in the workplace.
To assist employers in addressing ergonomic issues, examples are provided below of
solutions that may be helpful either to mitigate MSDs or to promote comfort and
reduce over exertion and fatigue. These examples should not be interpreted,
however, as an agency finding in support or rejection of any particular
solution.
