Volunteering can be a wonderful experience. It may be a chance to work with species of fish that are rarely seen or are unique and special. It is also a great opportunity to gain experience if you are considering an education in fisheries or conservation. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service provides volunteer opportunities at National Fish Hatcheries, Fish Health Centers, Biological Stations, and Fishery Resources Offices. Your help will be appreciated.
