Although first set aside as a haven for migrating and wintering waterfowl, Eastern Neck NWR is home to a wide variety of plants and wildlife! In addition to over 230 species of birds, the refuge provides habitat for the threatened bald eagle, the endangered Delmarva fox squirrel, and numerous other mammals, reptiles & amphibians, insects, plants, and more!
