Secretary Spellings announces a $5.5 million grant to the Ohio Department of Education to provide financial incentives to teachers and principals who improve student achievement in high-poverty schools. Secretary Spellings was joined at the event at Southmoor Middle School in Columbus by (left to right) Gene Harris, Superintendent, Columbus Public Schools; Congressman Ralph Regula; and Susan Zelman, State Superintendent, Ohio Department of Education.
