Senior U.S. Officials To Hold Press Briefing at Miami Conference To Protect Caribbean Ecosystems

Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Paula Dobriansky; Vice-Admiral Conrad Lautenbacher, Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration; Benjamin Grumbles, acting Assistant Administrator, Office of Water, Environmental Protection Agency; and other high-level participants in the White Water to Blue Water Partnership Conference will hold an on-the-record, on-camera press briefing on Monday, March 22, 10:40 a.m. - 11:20 a.m., at the Hyatt Regency Miami.
