Powell will deliver The Heritage Foundation’s Annual B.C. Lee Lecture at their luncheon on Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at 12:50 p.m. The luncheon will be held in the Atrium Ballroom of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.
The annual B.C. Lee lecture is hosted by The Heritage Foundation’s Asian Studies Center and has previously been attended by leaders of industry, government, and media interested in the welfare of the Asian continent. Secretary Powell is expected address the luncheon on U.S. policy toward Asia. This event is open for press coverage.
