On October 21, 1999 we published in the Federal Register (64 CFR 56775) a notice inviting applications for new awards for FY 2000 under the State Vocational Rehabilitation Unit In-Service Training program. The regulations for this program state that each State agency is eligible to receive an award under the In-Service Training program. The purpose of this notice is to reopen the deadline date for transmittal of applications to allow all eligible applicants an opportunity to apply for funds under this program.
