Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice And Mladen Ivanic, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, At Signing of a Status of Forces Agreement and Open Skies Agreement

MODERATOR:  Your excellencies, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, Secretary of State Rice and Foreign Minister Ivanic are signing two agreements.  The first is an agreement between the United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina on status protections and access to and use of facilities in areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

 

The second is an Open Skies Civil Aviation Agreement between the United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina.  We are very pleased today to have Presidents Jovic, Tihic and Paravac, as well as Prime Minister Terzic and Defense Minister Radovanovic joining us today to witness this event.

 

(The Agreement was signed.)
