I, Evangelina Almirantearena, declare as follows:

1. I am an attorney with the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, who represented the United States in the SDG&E/SCE merger proceeding before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Docket No. EC89-5-000.

2. All of the documents and copies thereof received by the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in this proceeding that were subject to the protective order have been prepared to be and will be destroyed in accordance with the procedures of the Department of Justice.
