Responsibilities
The Personnel Staff, Justice Management Division:
- provides Department-wide leadership in human resources policy areas such as: personnel staffing, position classification, pay and leave, performance management, labor and employee relations, employee assistance, worklife, and employee development;
- manages Department-wide personnel operations such as: the voluntary leave bank, the
drug-free workplace program, events management, personnel automation, training, and executive resources;
- serves as the servicing personnel office for the offices, boards, and Justice Management Division, and the servicing payroll office for the offices, boards, and divisions; and
- communicates human resources information to Department employees in various ways, including frequent updates to this Web site.
