SPECIAL BRIEFINGS: 10:30 a.m. Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Leader, Steven Buckler; USAID Representative, David Bailey; and Commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Colonel McBride, will brief the press via digital satellite video conference on reconstruction progress in Salah ad Din, Iraq.
