12:45 p.m.   Attend the President’s bilateral with His Excellency Alan Garcia, President of the Republic of Peru, at the White House.

2:00 p.m.   Attend the President’s signing of H.R. 3688: U.S.-Peru Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Room 450.

3:45 p.m.   Co-host with the Chief of Protocol a holiday reception in honor of the Chiefs of Diplomatic Missions and their spouses.
