Truth in Sentencing Commission Public Hearing Today

The District of Columbia Truth in Sentencing Commission, chaired by Deputy Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr., will hold a public hearing today. Members of the public are invited to comment on proposed changes to the sentencing provisions of the DC Criminal Code.
