The FBI, in its role to maximize opportunities for small, woman-owned, disadvantaged business concerns as well as the 8(a) and Hubzone programs, is providing this information to encourage participation in our contracting activities.
The Procurement Section in the Finance Division is responsible for most of the centralized procurement and property management activities of the FBI. One responsibility of this section is to ensure, whenever possible, services of small business concerns, woman-owned companies, and companies under the 8(a) and Hubzone programs are given the opportunity to meet the needs of the FBI.
Presented on this site is the information on how the FBI obtains its goods and services based on the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the Justice Acquisition Regulations, as well as all other regulations affecting federal government contracting. In addition, a listing (along with description) of all applicable procurement forms is included. This information will assist companies in being placed on the FBI's Solicitation Mailing List.
The FBI's procurement staff has in the past and will continue to encourage participation by all enterprises for items not available through mandatory or required sources as well as non-mandatory sources.
