Description:

The Building Trades National Drug and Alcohol Program (BTNDAP) is a collaborative effort between labor and management to create a nationwide pool of workers who are pre-qualified to work on construction job sites with drug-testing requirements. The purpose of the program is to maximize safety and save time and money by eliminating duplicate drug testing by different contractors. BTNDAP is administered by an independent third party administrator, which coordinates all testing and enforces the program’s requirements.
