Refuges in the State of Alaska use a different Special Use Permit application form. It is used primarily to engage in Commercial Visitor Services - outfitter/guides for hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and other visitor services. Special Use Permits are obtained by submitting a Permit Application (PDF) to the appropriate Refuge. Contact the refuge manager for the fee information. The permit must be signed by the refuge manager.
