| Media Note Office of the Spokesman Washington, DC April 18, 2008 Fine Arts Committee Meeting Friday, April 25, 2008The Fine Arts Committee of the Department of State will meet Friday, April 25, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the Henry Clay Room (8th floor, Department of State). The meeting is open to the public and will end approximately 11:00 a.m.
The agenda will summarize the work of the Fine Arts Office since its last meeting on November 16, 2007. This will include the announcement of gifts and loans of furnishings as well as financial contributions from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. Public access to the Department of State is strictly controlled and space is limited. Members of the public wishing to take part in the meeting should telephone the Fine Arts Office at (202) 647-1990 by April 22, 2008 providing their name, date of birth; citizenship; ID number, i.e., U.S. government ID (agency), U.S. military ID (branch), passport (country) or driver's license (state) in order to arrange admittance. All attendees must use the "C" Street entrance. One of the following valid IDs will be required for admittance: any U.S. driver's license with photo, a passport, or a U.S. government agency ID.
