U.S. Ambassador Robert P. Finn (left) and Afghan Commerce Minister Sayed Mustafa Kazemi sign an agreement in which the United States, through a grant from the U.S. Agency for International Development, will provide the Ministry with an Internet Center and 10 computer terminals. The Center, worth $50,000, will allow Afghan businessmen to sell their products and services on-line to clients worldwide. |
