U.S. Government to Provide Internet Center to the Afghan Ministry of Commerce

U.S. Ambassador Robert P. Finn (left) and Afghan Commerce Minister Sayed Mustafa Kazemi sign an agreement in which the United States, through a grant from the U.S. Agency for International Development, will provide the Ministry with an Internet Center and 10 computer terminals. The Center, worth $50,000, will allow Afghan businessmen to sell their products and services on-line to clients worldwide.
